counter staff refused to give back my deposit when I was checking out. later after when I said about that I will complaints against her she agreed to handover. and I have got back my deposit and it is not nice.
and also I have lost my white shirt from 8312 room after cleaning. and they could not answer.
hotel security supervision people are not very friendly .. maybe they are new..
other than that hotel is fine and in good location and also clean..[2018-10-10 11:42]
